INNERVISIONS A SENSORY EXPERIENCE 

CACAO CEREMONY will kick off our evening with the sense of taste as you're guided through the sensorial experience of drinking sacred cacao. Cacao is a chocolate drink prepared by "Shamonic Tonic"  and Erik Lieux will guide the group through a heart awakening ritual.

HEAL THROUGH DANCE Dance is the fastest way to bypass the mind and connect with your body. You will be guided with music and sound through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sound and Light. Ecstatic Dance DJ's Star Triana and Erik Lieux will weave world-beat sounds into a journey that will get your body moving. 

LIVE DRUMS elevate your experience with live drums by Raj Bhandari who is a master tabla player and music producer. Live percussion will weave together with the dance music. Feel your tribal roots as you dance to beat and rhythm of the drums.

SOUND HEALING will complete our experience with a concert by JaiStar's Jaime & Star Triana. After the dance, the music will slow down and everyone will begin to move towards stillness. The sound healing concert will be 30minutes of music designed to align your chakras and help you integrate the cacao ceremony and dance journey.

AROMATHERAPY will fill the room with the exotic scents of incense, sage, palo santo and essential oils that are designed to awaken your senses. Delight in the ambient lighting and let your senses take through a journey of remembering who you.

THE FACILITATORS

JaiStar: Jaime and Star Triana are the founders of JaiStar Studios which was established in 2012 in downtown Lake Worth Beach. Shamanic Tonic: Erik "Guru" Lieux is the creator and founder. Erik is a DJ who blends upbeat world fusion/tribal/electronic music into the cacao experience for a seamless sojourn of energized expression. Art Exhibit: David Ellis Rubinson. My work is created by the interaction of geometric forms and light. The resultant structures I refer to as Effulgent Geometries. The rich detail of the images is a result of the computer simulation of the physical characteristics of the objects used such as (glass, metal, liquid, etc.). By pattern, cadence and symmetry, a certain resonance or frequency emerges, the intention of which is to express an ideal of harmony and wholeness. check out more art here instagram.

THE CACAO CEREMONY

Ceremonial cacao has roots in ancient Mesoamerican cultures, particularly among the Aztecs and Mayans, who revered cacao as a sacred and ceremonial beverage. They believed it had spiritual properties and used it in rituals, celebrations, and as a currency. The cacao bean was even considered a divine gift from the gods. In fact, Theobroma Cacao translates to “Food of the Gods” which alludes to its divinatory awakening and heart opening properties.

The preparation and consumption of ceremonial cacao involve mindfulness and intention, creating a unique meditative experience. The process often includes grinding the cacao beans and mixing them with various ingredients. During ceremonies, participants may drink the cacao while focusing on introspection, meditation, or group bonding. This ritualistic approach aims to unlock the potential psychoactive and mood-enhancing properties of cacao wherein most folks experience a sense of elation, or improved mood and connectivity alongside a positive uptick in healthy balanced energy. This is due to the presence of theobromine, a natural stimulant, and other compounds in cacao may contribute to these effects.

Includes cacao, dance, concert and art exhibit. It is highly recommended to get your ticket in advance so that we can prepare the right amount of cacao.
